In 2026, Mateo’s focus is clear: compete in the FARA Formula Series, deepen his experience in formula cars, and continue honing the technical and mental discipline required to climb the professional racing ladder. Formula racing is where Mateo feels most at home—where preparation meets performance and effort is measured honestly, lap by lap.

Mateo’s journey, however, extends far beyond the cockpit.

Like many young people, Mateo has navigated neurodiverse challenges that can make traditional environments demanding and rigid systems difficult to navigate. Where structure can feel limiting elsewhere, motorsports offers clarity.

Inside the car, everything aligns.

Racing demands focus, spatial awareness, rhythm, emotional control, and rapid decision-making—skills Mateo accesses naturally at speed. The feedback loop of motorsports, the accountability of competition, and the purpose of the racetrack allow him to thrive. In this environment, distraction fades, confidence grows, and discipline becomes second nature.
