He is a high-achieving STEM student, Northrop Grumman HIP scholar, sim racing standout, and a development driver working with Troy Adams Coaching toward Formula 4.

Julien attends: Da Vinci communications     

  • A public STEM-focused charter high school with technology partnerships, including:

  • He is enrolled in the Computer Science pathway, studying:

    • App development

    • Web design

    • Data-driven systems

    • Recipient of 4 High Honor Roll awards

    • 2 All-Star awards (awarded for excellence in all areas of education)

    • 1 Peace Prize award (peer-voted)

    • 1 Proud to be a Chemist award and 1 Honors Stoichiometry award.

Northrop Grumman HIP Program (High School Involvement Program)


Julien was 1 of only 7 students accepted in his grade.


Through this elite program he:

  • Learns directly about aerospace engineering and defense innovation

  • Works with industry mentors

  • Gains professional skill development

  • Is eligible for internship placement after high school

  • 2nd in 2025 SoCal Sprinters series Champion (FZ123 Shifter)

  • Multiple 2025 podiums

  • Sim Racing

  • Multiple iRacing wins

  • Top 10 at Las Vegas F1 Launch Event (1,000+ entrants)

  • 2nd at Long Beach Grand Prix sim competition (400+ entrants)

  • Competed against professional drivers

  • Invited to Troy Adams Factory Karts Driver Development Program

  • Working toward Formula 4 testing
